Landscove is a beautiful quiet hamlet between Ashburton (3 miles), Totnes(5 miles) and Newton Abbot (8 miles).  It is not on the main road to anywhere so there is not a lot of traffic and there is no road noise to speak of.  There are no street lights so it is dark too.

The postcode will get you to the Village Green.  Find the Village Hall (single storey grey building on corner opposite the green).  Turn down the road between the Hall and the pub.  After 200 yards the road turns to the left but you go straight on down the tarmacked lane in front of you.  There are big metal gates to your right and a large white sign with 6 house names on it.  Old Orchard Barn is one of these.  After about 800 yards, go through a gateway and we are the first driveway on the right.  If you get lost give us a call on any of the numbers on the contact page
